We are three misfits brought together by chance. We are big dreamers and big doers challenging the status quo:

Head Chef: Lindsay Lotter

Sous Chef: Ross Buchanan

Talented South African chef, Lindsay, brings a unique blend of international flavours and techniques to our Highland cuisine. Having lived in the Cape Winelands, he can provide expert advice on wine pairings.

Having worked in Luxury Hotels around Scotland and the Isle of Skye, and his passion is locally sourced sustainable produce.

As a skilled and knowledgeable Glaswegian chef, Ross is dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients and preparing delicious, memorable meals.

With his passion being Pastry, we can guarantee that all bread and pastries used during your experience will be freshly made in-house.

Hostess: Shona Simpson

With a background in acting for stage and screen, Shona is a charismatic powerhouse. Her warm, welcoming smile and highland hospitality make her the perfect host for any event.

Shona ensures that every guest feels important and at home. She is the person on the floor who makes sure there is a smooth food and drink service.
